FGI 방법을 이용한 청소년 선도프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

A Study on the Development of Diversion Programs for Youth by Using Focus Group Interview

목적 본 연구에서는 회복적 정의 이론을 바탕으로 청소년 선도프로그램을 개발하고, 전문가 대상 포커스그룹인터뷰(FGI)와 델파이 조사를 통해 그 타당성과 실행 가능성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법 포커스그룹인터뷰(FGI)와 델파이조사 결과를 바탕으로 도출된 선도프로그램의 적합성과 타당성을 점검하기 위해 전문가 타당도 평가를 실시하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 초기, 중기, 후기 단계별로 라포형성, 자기이해, 대인관계⋅의사소통 기술 향상, 법적 이해, 진로탐색, 미래 계획 수립 등의 요소를 균형 있게 반영하고, 한 회기당 1시간으로 구성하였다. 결과 청소년들은 피해자 관점 이해, 관계 회복, 책임감 형성 등 회복적 정의 이론의 핵심 가치를 내면화하고, 자신의 행동을 성찰하며 적극적인 사회 적응 전략을 모색할 수 있었다. 또한 전문가 의견을 적극 반영함으로써 현실적 적용 가능성이 높아졌으며, 프로그램 종료 이후 지역사회 및 청소년상담복지센터와의 연계를 통한 사후관리와 사례관리를 강조함으로써 지속적인 변화와 지원 체계를 마련하였다. 결론 본 연구에서 제안한 청소년 선도프로그램은 이론적 정당성과 현장 활용성을 모두 확보한 실천적 모델로서, 청소년 비행 예방과 건전한 성장 지원에 기여할 수 있는 유용한 자원으로 기대된다.

Objectives This study aimed to develop a diversion program for youth grounded in restorative justice theory and validated its effectiveness and feasibility through expert focus group interviews (FGIs) and Delphi surveys. Methods An expert validity assessment was conducted to check the suitability and validity of the leading program derived based on the results of the focus group interview (FGI) and Delphi survey. The program was organized into initial, intermediate, and final stages, integrating key elements such as rapport-building, self-understanding, interpersonal and communication skills, legal awareness, career exploration, and future planning, all delivered in one-hour sessions. Results By internalizing the core values of restorative justice—empathy for victims, relationship restoration, and responsibility—participants reflect on their actions and adopt proactive strategies for social adaptation. Moreover, the incorporation of expert feedback increases real-world applicability, and the emphasis on post-program follow-up and case management through collaboration with local communities and youth counseling centers ensures sustained impact and support. Conclusions As a theoretically grounded and practically viable model, this youth guidance program shows promise in effectively preventing delinquency and fostering healthy youth development.
