실물연계자산(RWA) NFT 미술품 시스템 프레임워크 연구

A Study on the Framework of the Real-Related Asset NFT Art System

본 연구의 목적은 실물 미술자산(RWA) 연계 NFT 시스템 프레임워크를 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, RWA와 NFT의 자산가격, 변동성, 대체 가능성, 발행 목적, 법적 문제, 핵심기능 등을 비교 분석해서 미술품의 토큰화, NFT 기반 소유권 인증, 디파이(DeFi) 및 대출 활용, 마켓플레이스 구축, 보험 및 보안 등 연계화 방안을 제안하였다. 둘째, RWA-NFT 미술품 시스템 설계는 미술품 가치 기반의 부분선별형 또는 완전선별형의 형태로 설계되어야 한다. 셋째, RWA 기반 미술품 플랫폼의 시스템 아키텍처는 3Layer 계층으로 설계해야 되며, 미술품 감정, KYC, NFT 소유권 관리, DeFi 거래 및 유동성 공급, 보험, 로열티 등 총 6가지의 시스템으로 프레임워크를 설정해서 설계를 진행해야 된다. 본 연구를 통해 NFT의 신뢰성, 투명성 문제는 미술 실물연계 자산으로 해결될 수 있으며, RWA-NFT 시스템에 대한 서비스 및 학문적 데이터 기반이 구축되었다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a framework for an NFT system linked to real-world art assets(RWA). The results of this research are: First, the asset price, volatility, fungibility, issuance purpose, legal issues, and core functions of RWA and NFTs are compared and analysed, and a linkage plan is proposed for art tokenisation, NFT-based ownership authentication, DeFi and lending, marketplace construction, insurance and security, etc. Second, the RWA-NFT art system design should be designed in the form of partial or complete segregation based on art value. Third, the system architecture of the RWA-based art platform should be designed in three layers, with a total of six systems, including art appraisal, KYC, NFT ownership management, DeFi trading and liquidity supply, insurance, and royalties. Through this research, the reliability and transparency issues of NFTs can be solved with art physical-linked assets, and a service and academic data base for the RWA-NFT system has been established.
