This study integrates the KJ method, AHP and AIGC technology to propose a new method to optimize the packaging design of intangible cultural heritage pastries. By systematically categorizing design elements, assigning weights and constructing a decision model, combined with the AIGC technology to rapidly iterate the design solution, the design efficiency and the visual communication of cultural elements are improved. The study breaks through the traditional design limitations and provides a design demand point based on importance ranking for intangible heritage pastry packaging design, which enhances cultural heritage and market competitiveness, and provides a new path for intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance.
