장애학생 행동중재 지원 사업을 운영한 담당 장학사의 경험과 인식에 대한 질적 연구

A Qualitative Study on the Experience and Perception of School Supervisors in Charge of a Behavior Intervention Support Projects for Students with Disabilties

본 연구는 국가 정책을 반영한 장애학생 행동중재 지원 사업 운영 현황은 어떠하며, 그 과정에서 장학사가 경험하는 구체적인 인식은 어떠한지 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 실제 행동중재 지원 사업을 운영해 본 경험이 있는 9명의 장학사를 대상으로 면담을 실시하고 면담 자료를 분석하였다. 이에 따라 ‘행동중재 지원 사업 운영의 성과와 보람’, ‘행동중재 지원 사업 운영의 한계와 문제점’, ‘행동중재 지원 사업의 내실화 방안’이라는 3개의 대주제와 8개의 하위주제로 결과가 도출되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 결과를 토대로 장애학생 행동중재 지원 사업을 발전적으로 개선하기 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of behavior intervention support projects for students with disabilities and to explore the specific perceptions of school supervisors during the process. To achieve this, interviews were conducted with nine school supervisors who have experience operating behavior intervention support tasks, and the collected interview data were analyzed. As a result, three main themes and eight sub-themes were derived: ‘Achievements and Rewards of Operating Behavior Intervention Support Tasks’, ‘Limitations and Challenges of Operating Behavior Intervention Support Tasks’, and ‘Strategies for Enhancing the Quality of Behavior Intervention Support Project’. Finally, based on these findings, recommendations were provided for the progressive improvement of behavior intervention support project for students with disabilities.
