인공지능과 지역사회가 만나는 미술교육 - 고등학교 프로젝트 기반 학습 사례 연구

Art Education at the Intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Community : A Case Study of Project-Based Learning in High School Art Education

본 연구는 인공지능과 디지털 매체를 활용한 지역사회 연계 미술 프로젝트 기반학습의 효과를 탐구하였다. 서울시 마포구 D고등학교 2학년 학생 15명을 대상으로수업을 진행하며, 지역사회와 연계된 미술 프로젝트를 기획하고 시각화하였다. 연구결과, 인공지능은 창의적 문제해결과 디지털 소양 함양에 기여하였으며, 지역사회의특성을 조사해 미술 프로젝트로 연결함으로써 실천적 관심을 높였다. 또한, 협업중심의 프로젝트 기반 학습을 통해 공동체 의식과 소통 능력이 강화되었다. 인공지능은 아이디어 시각화를 지원했으나, 프롬프트 설정의 어려움 등 개선점도 발견되었다. 이를 통해 지역사회의 가치와 정체성을 재발견하고, 실천적 관심을 높이는데 기여하였다. 본 연구는 인공지능을 활용한 미술교육이 지역사회 문제해결과 문화적정체성 강화에 기여할 수 있음을 보여주었다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

This study explored the effectiveness of community-based art education through project-based learning that incorporates artificial intelligence and digital media. The research was conducted with 15 Grade 2 students at D High School in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Findings revealed that the use of artificial intelligence facilitated creative problem solving and enhanced digital literacy. Moreover, the collaborative nature of project-based learning fostered a strengthened sense of community and improved communication skills among the students. Although artificial intelligence effectively supported rapid idea visualization, challenges such as difficulties in prompt formulation were also noted. Overall, this study demonstrates that art education leveraging artificial intelligence can play a significant role in addressing community issues and reinforcing cultural identity.
