COVID-19 이후 자원봉사 참여 의향 예측 변수 로지스틱 회귀분석: 경상남도 19세 이상 주민 891명 대상

본 연구는 Ajzen(1985)의 계획된 행동이론 모형을 근거로 자원봉사 참여 의향에 영향을 미치는 예측 요인을 분석하였다. 연구의 목적은 COVID-19를 경험 한 이후자원봉사자의 활동은 중요한 변수로 인식되었다. 향후 재난대비 자원봉사자의 참여에 영향을 미치는 예측 변수를 검증하여 자발적인 자원봉사자의 참여를 활성화하기위함이다. 자원봉사자의 참여의향 예측변수 요인에 대한 연구 가설을 검증하기 위하여 경상남도 19세 이상 주민 891명을 대상으로 자원봉사자의 태도(자원봉사 활동지속성, 시민의식, 사회신뢰도, 지역사회신뢰도), 주관적 규범(봉사경험, 인터넷 봉사경험, 1365 자원봉사포털 경험), 인식된 통제(마일리지 적립)를 예측변수로 설정하였다. 통계분석방법은 카이제곱과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 자원봉사자의 태도, 주관적 규범, 인식된 통제변수는 모두 자원봉사자의 참여 의향을 높이는 변수로 나타났다. 이중 자원봉사 의향에 가장 큰 오즈비(Odds ratio)는 봉사 경험으로 나타났다(Exp(B) = 3.475 P =0.000). 본 연구의 의의는 가설적 이론모형을 근거로 경상남도 공공데이터를 활용하여 코로나 19 이후 봉사 참여 의향 예측 변수를 설정, 검증한 것에 의의가 있다. 이 연구를 통하여 자원봉사 경험이 많은 대상자의 전문화된 교육과 재난 대비 학교, 지역사회, 민간 전문가 등의 협력 공유 플랫폼개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있음을 기대할 수 있다.

Purpose of the study: This study provides basic data for building a platform against disasters by the private, regional and professional personnel by analyzing the predictive factors of volunteers' future volunteer intentions. Research Method: A hypothesis model was set for 891 residents aged 19 or older in Gyeongsangnam-do, and the volunteer predictive variables were analyzed in Chi square and logistic regression. Conclusions and suggestions: The research results show that the greatest willingness to volunteer in the future is volunteer experience (Exp (B) = 3.475, P =0.000). We suggest the activation of various recognition rewards such as specialized education and mileage accumulation for those with a lot of volunteer experience, and cooperative sharing platforms for schools, communities, and private experts to prepare for disasters. The significance of this study is meaningful in setting and verifying variables predicting the willingness to participate in volunteer work after COVID-19 using public data in Gyeongsangnam-do based on a hypothetical theoretical model.
