AI와 일터학습에 관한 통합적 문헌분석

An Integrative Literature Review on AI and Workplace learning

본 연구는 AI와 일터학습에 대한 최근 5년(2020년~2024년)의 문헌을 심층적으로 분석하고, 이를 통해 일터학습에서 효과적인 AI 활용 방향을 제시하고자 한다. KCI, Scopus 등에 등재된 학회지를 Proquest를 통해 검색하였고, 선별 및 검토를 통해 총 47건의 문헌을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 선정 문헌의 연구 목적, 연구 내용, 연구 결과 등을 토대로 주요 주제를 도출하였고, 도출한 주제에 따른 분석을 통해 핵심 주제를 구분하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 조직은 AI를 통해 생산성을 증대할 수 있으며 일터학습은 이를 지원한다. 둘째, AI는 개인 및 구성원 간 상호탐색을 강화한다. 셋째, 일터학습에서 AI 윤리지침이 필요하다. 넷째, AI 기반 일터학습 대응을 위해 방향 설정이 필요하다. 본 연구는 AI와 일터학습에 대한 문헌을 분석하고, 핵심 주제로 구분함으로써 AI와 일터학습에 관한 이론적 논의를 확장하였다. 또한 효과적인 AI 도입을 위한 방향을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

The rapid growth and advancement of technology has highlighted the importance of AI, but research on its impact in workplace learning is relatively lacking. In response, this study aims to analyze in-depth the studies of the last five years on AI and workplace learning from 2020 to 2024, and provide effective direction of AI use in workplace learning. A total of 47 articles were selected and analyzed based on four categories: work efficiency, interaction exploration, ethical approach, and future AI-based workplace learning. According to the analysis, first, organizations can use AI to increase productivity and support workplace learning. Second, AI enhances mutual exploration between individuals and groups. Third, ethical guidelines for implementing AI in workplace learning are needed. Fourth, establishing a direction for responding to future AI-based workplace learning is necessary. In conclusion, this study expands the theoretical discussion on AI and workplace learning by identifying and categorizing previous research on this field. It is also significant to present concrete suggestions for effective AI implementation in workplace learning.
