AI 윤리에 대한 예비 영양교사의 인식: A 교육대학원을 중심으로

Prospective Nutrition Teachers' Perceptions of AI Ethics

본 연구는 2022 개정 교육과정에 따라 AI 교육이 강화된 상황에서 예비 영양교사들의 AI 윤리 인식에 대한 탐색을 통해 교육 현장에서 AI를 윤리적으로 활용하기 위한 교육의 토대를 마련하는 데 중점을 두었다. 수도권 소재 교육대학원에서 영양교육 전공으로 재학 중인 예비 영양교사 10명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 예비 영양교사들은 AI 기술의 발전이 사회적 약자에게 불리할 수 있다는 우려를 표명하며, 자원의 불균형과 디지털 소외계층을 방지하기 위한 교육과 인프라 강화의 필요성을 강조하였다. AI는 교사의 역할을 대체하는 것이 아니라 보조 도구로 활용되어야 하며, 교사는 AI의 결과를 기반으로 정서적 지지와 윤리적 가치를 전달해야 한다고 인식하였다. 또한, AI를 활용한 다양한 교육 방안을 제안하며, 학생들이 건강 정보를 기반으로 식습관을 개선할 수 있도록 돕는 방법을 모색하였다. 또한 AI 교육의 통합적 접근과 윤리 인식 향상을 통해 AI와 교사의 협력 모델을 개발하고, 비판적 사고 및 윤리 교육을 강화할 필요성을 제기하였다. 이러한 방향성은 예비 영양교사들이 AI를 통해 교육의 질을 높이고 학생들의 건강한 식습관을 유도하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study focused on laying the foundation for education to ethically utilize AI in the educational field through the exploration of AI ethics awareness of prospective nutrition teachers in a situation where AI education has been strengthened according to the 2022 revised curriculum. Data was collected and analyzed by conducting in-depth interviews with 10 prospective nutrition teachers who are enrolled as nutrition education majors at the Graduate School of Education located in the metropolitan area. As a result of the study, prospective nutrition teachers expressed concern that the development of AI technology may be disadvantageous to the socially underprivileged and emphasized the need to strengthen education and infrastructure to prevent resource imbalance and digital exclusion. It was recognized that AI should not be used as a substitute for the role of teachers, but as an auxiliary tool, and that teachers should convey emotional support and ethical values based on AI results. In addition, various educational measures using AI were proposed, and ways to help students improve their eating habits based on health information were sought. It also raised the need to develop a cooperative model between AI and teachers through an integrated approach to AI education and improve ethical awareness, and to strengthen critical thinking and ethics education. This direction is expected to contribute to improving the quality of education and inducing healthy eating habits for students through AI by prospective nutrition teachers.
