주의집중력 향상 프로그램이 유아의 주의집중력과 유아교육기관 적응에 미치는 효과

The Effect of Attention Concentration Improvement Program on Children’s Attention Concentration and Adaptation to the Eearly Childhood Education Institute

목적 본 연구는 유아들을 대상으로 주의집중력 향상 프로그램(이하, ACIP 프로그램이라 칭함)이 유아의 주의집중력과 유아교육기관 적응에 미치는 효과를 구체적으로 검증할 목적에서 진행하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 울산광역시 소재의 유아 36명이며 실험집단(2)과 통제집단(1)으로 구분하여 6주간 실시하였다. 실험개시 전에 사전검사를, 3주 후에 중간검사를, 실험이 종결되는 6주차에 사후검사를 진행하였다. 결과 첫째, ACIP 프로그램이 유아의 대한 주의집중력과 유아교육기관 적응의 향상에 효과가 있음이 검증되었고 둘째, ACIP 프로그램의 적용 간에 시간의 양보다 훈련의 지속성이 더 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 결론 이에 본 연구에서는 ACIP 프로그램이 유아의 주의집중력과 유아교육기관 적응에 도움이 될 수 있음을 제언하고 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of attention concentration improvement program(ACIP) on children’s attention concentration and adaptation to the early childhood education institute. Methods ACIP was conducted for children in the Ulsan area, and the results compared by conducting a level test on children’s attention concentration and adaptation to the early childhood education institute. Results First, it has been verified that the ACIP is effective in improving children’s attention concentration and adaptation to the early childhood education institute. Second, it has been shown that continuity of training is more effective than the amount of time between applications of the ACIP. Conclusions This study suggest that children’s attention and adaptation to early childhood education institute could be improved through the ACIP.
