[Background] As a comprehensive psychological treatment method, printmaking art therapy combines psychology, art and therapeutics, and has gradually become a unique way of mental health education. [Objective] The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of printmaking art therapy in the mental health education of college students in the new era. [Method] Through nonverbal artistic creation, participants engage in immersive art experiences to express emotions, achieve self-exploration, regulate stress, build self-confidence, and establish social support networks. [Results] Printmaking’s multisensory process enhances acceptability, authentically reflects students’ psychological states, reduces stigma, and addresses limitations in traditional mental health resources. [Conclusion] Combining artistic expression with psychological adjustment mechanisms, printmaking therapy expands traditional mental health education practices, offering targeted solutions for emotional regulation and self-awareness enhancement, demonstrating significant practical value.
【背景】版画艺术疗愈作为一种综合性的心理治疗手段,结合了心理学、艺术学和治疗学,逐渐成为一种独特的心理健康教育方式。 【目的】本文旨在探索版画艺术疗愈在新时代大学生心理健康教育中的应用。 【方法】通过非语言的艺术创作过程,使受众沉浸于艺术的欣赏与创作之中,找到情绪表达与释放的出口完成自我探索与认知,学会调节情绪与压力,建立积极的自我形象与自信心,提供社交支持与群体共鸣,进而解决学生的心理健康问题。 【结果】版画艺术疗愈以其独特的制作过程和多感官体验,更容易被新时代大学生接受与理解,能更好地反映出当代大学生真实的心理状态,有助于降低“病耻感”,弥补了高校大学生心理健康教育资源不足、疗程受限、个体差异等局限性。能更好地解决新时代大学生心理健康问题。 【结论】版画艺术疗愈作为大学生心理健康教育的创新性干预手段,将艺术表达与心理调适机制通过跨学科融合的方式相结合,既拓展了传统心理健康教育的实践方式,又为新时代大学生提供了情绪调节、完善自我认知等发展性心理问题的具体干预方案。
