무용 전공 대학생의 창의력에 대한 학습몰입의 영향에 대한 학습스타일의 매개효과 탐색

Exploring the mediating effect of learning style on the influence of learning immersion on creativity of dance major college students

연구 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 무용 전공 대학생의 창의력에 대한 학습몰입의 영향에서 학습스타일의 매개효과를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 본 연구는 무용 전공 대학생의 창의력에 대한 학습몰입과 학습스타일의 관계를 탐색하기 위해서 무용전공 대학생 287명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 학습몰입, 창의력 수준, 학습스타일을 측정하기 위해서 온라인 설문지를 제작하였다. 연구대상에게 온라인 설문지를 통해서 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 자료의 정규성과 요인 간의 다중공선성을 검증하기 위해서 기술통계분석과 이변량 상관분석을 수행하였다. 다음으로 창의력 수준에 대한 학습몰입과 학습스타일의 영향을 탐색하기 위해서 다중회귀분석(단계적 선택)을 수행하였다. 다음으로 창의력 수준에 대한 학습몰입의 영향에 대해 학습스타일의 매개 효과를 검증하기 위해서 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 창의력 수준에 대해 학습몰입의 명확한 목표, 도전-기술 균형, 변형된 시간 감각과 학습스타일의 청각적, 시각적, 조작적 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 창의력 수준에 대한 학습 몰입의 영향을 학습스타일이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언 : 본 연구는 무용전공 대학생의 창의력 수준에 대한 학습몰입과 학습스타일의 영향에 대해서 탐색하였다. 본 연구 결과를 고려할 때 무용전공 대학생의 창의력 향상을 위해서 학생들의 학습몰입 수준과 함께 학습스타일을 고려한 수업을 운영하는 것을 제안한다.

Purpose of Research : The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effect of learning style on the influence of learning immersion on creativity of college students majoring in dance. Research Content and Method : In order to explore the relationship between learning immersion and learning style on creativity of college students majoring in dance, data was collected from 287 college students majoring in dance. An online questionnaire was created to measure learning immersion, creativity level, and learning style. Data were collected from the subjects through an online questionnaire, and descriptive statistical analysis and bivariate correlation analysis were performed on the collected data to verify the normality of the data and multicollinearity between factors. Next, multiple regression analysis (stepwise selection) was performed to explore the influence of learning immersion and learning style on creativity level. Next, a structural equation model was used to verify the mediating effect of learning style on the influence of learning immersion on creativity level. As a result, it was found that clear goals of learning immersion, challenge-skill balance, modified sense of time, and auditory, visual, and manipulative factors of learning style affected creativity level. In addition, it was found that learning style mediated the effect of learning immersion on creativity level. Conclusion and Suggestions : This study explored the effects of learning immersion and learning style on creativity level of college students majoring in dance. Considering the results of this study, it is suggested to operate classes that consider students' learning immersion level and learning style in order to improve creativity of college students majoring in dance.
