행동중재 슈퍼비전 체계 구축을 위한 델파이 조사: 기능 기반의 행동중재계획 훈련 모듈과 온라인 소집단 슈퍼비전 구성요소를 중심으로

A Delphi Study for Establishing a Behavior Intervention Supervision System: Focused on Function-Based Behavior Intervention Plan Training Module and Online Small-Group Supervision Components

연구목적: 본 연구는 행동중재 전문교사 양성과정에서 적용할 수 있는 슈퍼비전 체계 구축에 관한 기초 연구로서 기능 기반의 행동중재계획 훈련 모듈과 온라인 소집단 슈퍼비전 구성요소의 타당성을 검증하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 행동분석 전문가 자격증을 소지하고 학교 현장에서 슈퍼비전을 제공한 경험이 있는 학계 및 현장 전문가 20명을 전문가 패널로 구성하고, 2차에 걸쳐 수정된 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 그 결과, 기능 기반 행동중재계획 훈련 모듈은 10개 모듈 36개 문항, 소집단 슈퍼비전 구성요소는 8개 요소 64개 문항이 내용타당도를 갖춘 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 토대로 행동중재 전문교사 교육과 훈련을 위한 온라인 소집단 슈퍼비전의 현장 활용 방안과 후속 연구에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

Purpose: The objective of this study is to serve as a foundational investigation into establishing a supervision system applicable within the training of specialized behavior intervention teachers. The aim is to validate the content of a function-based behavior intervention plan training module and the components of online small-group supervision. Method: An expert panel of 20 individuals, comprising academics and practitioners who hold behavior analysis certifications and have experience providing school-based supervision, was formed. A modified Delphi survey was conducted in two rounds to assess the content validity of the proposed modules and components. Results: The results indicated that the function-based behavior intervention plan training module, consisting of 10 modules and 36 items, and the online small-group supervision components, comprising 8 elements and 64 items, both demonstrated strong content validity. Conclusion: The ensuing discourse will address the practical strategies for implementing online small-group supervision in the training of specialized behavior intervention teachers, along with recommendations for future research.
