Legalization of Patriotic Sentiment Cultivation and the Path of National-Family Integration: A Multi-Actor Collaborative Perspective Based on the Family Education Promotion Law

家国情怀培育法治化与家国同构路径研究:基于《家庭教育促进法》的多主体协同视角

Patriotic sentiment for adolescents serves as a value orientation and spiritual support for individual development, as well as a pivotal force for social progress and the inheritance of national culture. Family education plays a critical role in cultivating patriotic sentiment among adolescents. The enactment and implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law provide a legal and policy foundation for family-based cultivation of patriotic sentiment, establish a legal framework for multi-party collaboration in nurturing adolescents' patriotism, and set clear objectives for the expected outcomes of such family efforts. Based on this context, to facilitate the effective implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law and ensure that its requirements for patriotic sentiment cultivation among adolescents are met, this paper proposes measures for collaborative efforts between family, school, and community under the correct leadership of the Party to foster patriotic sentiment in adolescents.

家国情怀对青少年而言,是个人发展的价值导向与精神支撑,亦是社会进步、民族文化传承的关键力量。家庭教育是青少年家国情怀培育的关键一环。《家庭教育促进法》的颁布实施为家庭开展家国情怀培育提供了政策法律依据;为多方联动培育青少年家国情怀奠定了法律事实基础;为家庭培育青少年家国情怀的应有成效明确了目标方向。基于此,为推动《家庭教育促进法》的顺利实施和确保其对青少年家国情怀培育的要求达到预期目标,本文提出了在党正确领导下,家校社协同共育青少年家国情怀的路径措施。
