Analysis of the Causes of the Emergence of the Tōju School in Japan

日本藤树学派产生的因由探析

This study aims to deeply explore the social and historical background as well as the personal reasons for the emergence of the Tōju School in Japan, and to provide references and reflections for the study of Yangmingism in East Asian countries. Through the literature analysis method, combined with the social and cultural situation of Japan in the early 17th century, this study reveals the formation reasons of the Tōju School, which is the first localized achievement after Yangmingism was introduced to Japan from the East. According to the existing academic research, the emergence of the Tōju School is closely related to Nakae Tōju himself. On this basis, this study proposes that the emergence of the Tōju School is based on the political stability of Edo Japan, the frequent civil exchanges between China and Japan, the popularization of private education and the progress of printing technology, as well as Nakae Tōju's personal contributions. These findings are of great significance for a deeper understanding of the development history of the Tōju School and the exploration of the connection between Tōju studies and Yangmingism.

本研究旨在深入探讨日本藤树学派产生的社会历史背景及个人原因，并为东亚各国阳明学的研究提供借鉴与思考。通过文献分析法，结合17 世纪初日本社会文化情况予以探究，揭示了藤树学派作为阳明学东传日本后第一个本土化成果的形成原因。根据已有学界研究发现，藤树学派的产生与中江藤树个人密切相关。在此基础上，本研究提出了藤树学派的产生基于江户日本政治稳定、中日频繁的民间往来、民间教育的普及和印刷术的进步以及中江藤树的个人贡献。这些发现对深入理解藤树学派的发展史、探究藤树学与阳明学的联系具有重要意义。
