뷰티 서비스 종사자의 인구통계 특성에 따른 직무 관련 행동에 관한 연구: 직업 정체성, 워라벨, 잡크래프팅, 혁신행동을 중심으로

A Study on Job-Related Behavior Based on Demographic Characteristics of Beauty Service Workers: Focusing on Professional Identity, Work-Life Balance, Job Crafting, and Innovative Behavior

This study examined the differences in occupational identity, work-life balance, job crafting, and innovation behavior among beauty service workers according to their demographic characteristics. The results showed that there were differences in innovation behavior by gender, occupational identity, work label, job crafting, and innovation behavior by age, occupational identity, work label, job crafting, and innovation behavior by marital status, occupational identity, job crafting, and innovation behavior by education level, job crafting and innovation behavior by final education level, and occupational identity by field of work. There was a significant difference in occupational identity by field of work, while there was no difference in work label, job crafting, and innovation behavior. The highest occupational identity was found in hair, followed by makeup, skin, and nails. The results of this study will play an important role in enhancing competitiveness in the beauty service industry and improving job satisfaction and performance of employees.
