중국 대학생 진로결정 능력의 진단척도 타당화 연구

Development and Validation of Career Decision-making Ability Scale Tool for Chinese College Students

연구목적: 이 연구는 중국 대학생의 진로 의사결정 능력의 개념과 구성 요소를 탐구하고, 미래 의사결정 능력을 측정하기 위한 진단 척도의 타당화를 시도하였다. 연구방법: 이 연구는 델파이 설문 조사를 두 단계로 실시하여 대학생의 진로 의사결정 능력의 예비 문항을 개발했으며, 진단척도의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 확인하기 위하여 326명의 대학 4학년을 대상으로 예비 설문 조사를 실시하고 1,015명의 참여자를 대상으로 본 조사 설문을 실시했다. 연구결과: 대학생의 진로 의사결정 능력을 위한 진로 자기 이해, 진로 정보 수집, 진로 선택, 진로 준비 행동으로 구성된 18개 항목이 개발되었다. 연구결론: 이 연구에서 타당화를 거쳐 개발된 중국 대학생의 진로 의사결정 능력 척도는 진로결정 개념을 확립하고 효과적으로 측정하기 위한 기본 데이터로 활용할 수 있다.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the concept and components of career decision-making ability for Chinese college students, and to develop and validate a scale to measure career decision-making ability. Method: This study employed a two-stage Delphi survey to analyze career decision-making ability of college students. To validate the career decision-making ability scale, a preliminary survey was administered to 326 college students, followed by a main survey involving 1,015 participants. Results: Eighteen items were developed consisting of career self-understanding, career information collection, career choice, and career preparation behavior for college students' career decision-making ability. Conclusion: The significance of this study lies in its potential to serve as primary data for establishing and effectively measuring the concept of career decision-making ability among Chinese college students.
