플로리싱 척도와 긍정적 경험 및 부정적 경험 척도의 타당화: 특수교사를 중심으로

Validation of the Flourishing Scale and the Positive and Negative Experience Scale: Focusing on Special Education Teachers

연구목적: 본 연구는 심리-사회적 안녕과 정서적 안녕을 측정하는 플로리싱 척도(FS), 긍정적 및부정적 경험 척도(SPANE)를 타당화 하였다. 연구방법: 광주와 전남지역의 특수교사 225명을 대상으로 FS와 SPANE의 내적 일치도, 구인타당도(요인구조, AVE, 판별타당도, 법칙타당도), 그리고준거타당도를 알아보았다. 연구결과: 확인적 요인분석 결과, FS는 1요인 모형, SPANE은 2요인모형으로 지지되었다. FS와 SPANE은 AVE 기준(.50 이상)을 충족하였다. FS와 SPANE의 요인 간상관계수의 제곱은 모두 AVE 값보다 작았다(판별타당도). FS와 SPANE의 각 요인은 그릿, 자기효능감, 행복과 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(법칙타당도). FS와 SPANE의 각 요인은 삶의 만족, 직무만족과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다(준거타당도). 결론: FS와 SPANE은 특수교사를 대상으로신뢰롭고 타당하게 사용될수있는도구임이확인되었다

Purpose: The study validated the Flourishing Scale (FS) and the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) for assessing psychosocial and emotional well-being. Method: Internal consistency, construct validity (factor structure, AVE, discriminant, and nomological validity), and criterion validity were evaluated among 225 special education teachers from the Gwangju and Jeonnam. Results: Confirmatory factor analysis supported the FS as one-factor model and the SPANE as two-factor. Both the FS and SPANE met the AVE criterion (> .50). The square of the correlation coefficients between the factors of the FS and SPANE was smaller than the AVE values (discriminant). Each factor of the FS and SPANE showed significant correlations with grit, self-efficacy, and happiness (nomological). Each factor of the FS and SPANE showed significant positive correlations with life and job satisfaction (criterion). Conclusion: The FS and SPANE are suitable tools for assessing well-being among special education teachers.
