초등교사의 인공지능 디지털 교과서(AIDT) 활용 역량 강화를 위한 연수 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증

Development of a Training Program for Enhancing Elementary School Teachers' Competency in Utilizing AI Digital Textbooks

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 초등 교사들의 인공지능 디지털 교과서(AIDT) 활용 역량을 강화하기 위한 연수 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과성을 검증하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 연구 대상은 초등 교사로 실험군과 대조군으로 나누어 사전-사후 테스트를 통해 디지털 리터러시, AIDT 활용 역량, 교수 설계 역량의 변화를 검증하였다. 또한, 심층 인터뷰를 통해 프로그램에 대한 교사들의 경험과 피드백을 수집하여 프로그램의 효과성을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 실험군의 교사들은 디지털 리터러시, AI 활용 역량, 그리고 AIDT 활용 교수 설계 역량에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 사전-사후 테스트 분석 결과, 실험군이 대조군에 비해 모든 역량에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 논의 및 결론: 기존의 이론 중심 연수와 달리, 본 연구에서 개발된 맞춤형 실습 중심 프로그램은 교사들이 실제 수업에서 AI 도구를 활용할 수 있도록 실질적인 역량을 배양하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a training program to enhance elementary school teachers' competency in utilizing Artificial Intelligence Digital Textbooks (AIDT) and to verify its effectiveness. Method: The study involved elementary school teachers, using pre- and post-tests to assess changes in digital literacy, AIDT utilization, and instructional design, supplemented by in-depth interviews for feedback on program effectiveness. Results: Teachers in the experimental group showed significant improvements in digital literacy, AI competency, and AIDT-based instructional design, with pre- and post-test analysis confirming statistical differences from the control group. Conclusion: Unlike traditional theory-based training, the customized practice-oriented program developed in this study effectively cultivated practical competencies, enabling teachers to utilize AI tools in real classroom settings.
