대학생 핵심역량 진단도구 개발 및 타당화 - D대학교 사례를 중심으로

Development and Validation of Core Competency Diagnostic Instrument for Undergraduate Students : Based on the Case of D University

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 D대학교의 대학생 핵심역량(실천, 탐구, 공동체)을 진단도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 연구방법: 먼저 선행연구를 검토하여 예비문항을 도출한 후, 전문가 8명으로부터 내용타당도를, D대학교 재학생 10명으로부터 안면타당도를 검증하여 최종 예비문항을 개발하였다. 이후 D대학교 재학생을 대상으로 총 2차례의 조사(예비조사 772명, 본조사 894명)를 통해 기술통계, 신뢰도, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 전문가 검토를 통해 문항 조정을 진행하였다. 연구결과: 최종 52개 문항으로 구성된 핵심역량 진단도구는 세 가지 역량(실천, 탐구, 공동체)과 역량별로 각각 세 가지씩의 하위역량(주도성, 도전, 자기관리/디지털능력, 사고능력, 문제해결능력/개방성, 협업, 책임감)을 포함하고 있으며 신뢰도와 타당도가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 핵심역량 진단도구는 핵심역량을 기반으로 하는 대학의 교육과정 및 비교과 프로그램의 효과성을 평가하고 개선하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a diagnostic instrument for assessing the core competencies(practical, inquiry, community) of undergraduate students at D University. Method: After reviewing previous studies to draft preliminary items, content validity was assessed by eight experts, and face validity was evaluated by ten students from D University, leading to the development of the final preliminary items. Subsequently, two surveys were conducted with D University students(preliminary survey: 772, main survey: 894) to perform descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Expert reviews were conducted to adjust the items. Results: The final diagnostic tool, consisting of 52 items, includes three main competencies and three sub-competencies for each. It demonstrated good reliability and validity. Conclusion· The core competencies diagnostic instrument can aid in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of curricula and extracurricular programs based on core competencies at universities.
