학교자율시간 운영 지원을 위한 교수학습자료 활용 방안 : 부산 연제구의 교수학습자료를 중심으로

Utilization of Teaching and Learning Materials for School Autonomy Time : Focusing on Teaching and Learning Materials in Yeonje-gu, Busan

연구목적: 이 연구는 부산광역시교육청에서 개발한 교수학습자료가 학교 현장에서 효과적이고 자율적으로 활용되기 위한 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 교사, 연구자, 지역전문가 등 6인을 연구참여자로 선정하여 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하였고, 질적 내용분석 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 교사의 선택권과 자율성을 보장할 수 있도록 교수학습자료를 유연하게 활용하도록 안내해야 한다. 둘째, 연구참여자들은 다양한 전문가가 참여하여 교수학습자료를 검토하고 연구하는 것이 필요하다고 보았다. 셋째, 다양한 주체가 교수학습자료를 활용할 수 있다. 넷째, 교수학습자료와 관련된 학습공동체 형성 및 연수 제공이 필요하다. 논의: 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교자율시간 교수학습자료를 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 방안을 중심으로 논의하였다.

Purpose: This study aims to explore effective and autonomous ways to utilize teaching and learning materials developed by the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education in school settings. Method: Focus Group Interview was conducted with six participants, including teachers, researchers, and local experts. Results: Research findings are as follow. First, teaching and learning materials should be flexibly utilized to ensure teachers' autonomy and decision-making power. Second, participants emphasized the necessity of reviewing and researching teaching and learning materials through the collaboration of various experts. Third, teaching and learning materials can be utilized by various stakeholders. Finally, the formation of learning communities and the provision of professional development programs related to teaching and learning materials are necessary. Conclusion: Based on these findings, the study discusses strategies to effectively utilize teaching and learning materials for School Autonomy Time.
