대학과 지역사회 교육협력 방향에 대한 탐색 - S 대학교 사례를 중심으로

Exploring the Direction of Educational Cooperation Between Universities and Local Communities : Based on the Case of S University

연구목적: 이 연구는 대학과 지역사회의 교육협력 방향을 탐색하기 위하여 대학의 기초학력지원을 위한 교육협력 프로그램을 중심으로 대학과 지역사회 교육협력의 효과적인 협력 방안을 탐색하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 S 대학의 2가지 교육협력 프로그램 사례을 중심으로 프로그램의 목적, 내용, 성과 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 대학과 지역사회 교육협력은 대학과 지역사회 간의 긴밀한 협력체계 구축, 맞춤형 학습 프로그램 제공을 위한 우수한 인적 자원 활용, 지속적인 피드백 및 평가 시스템, 교사 및 교육전문가 연수 등을 통해 지역사회 학생들의 기초학력 향상을 이끌어냈다. 결론: 본 연구는 대학과 지역사회의 교육협력이 지역사회의 교육적 책무성을 분담하고, 학생들의 지속가능한 성장을 이끌 수 있는 효과적인 협력 모델과 실천 방안을 모색하는 데 기여할 수 있음을 논의하였다.

Purpose: In order to explore the direction of university-community educational cooperation, this study explored effective ways of university-community educational cooperation, focusing on the university's educational cooperation program for basic education support. Methods: This study analyzed the purpose, content, and performance of two educational cooperation programs at S University. Results: The educational collaboration between universities and local communities has led to the improvement of basic academic skills among local students through the establishment of a close cooperative system between universities and the community, the utilization of excellent human resources for providing tailored learning programs, a continuous feedback and evaluation system, and training for teachers and educational experts. Conclusion: This study discusses that university-community educational collaboration can contribute to sharing the educational responsibility of the community and exploring effective collaboration models and practices that can lead to sustainable growth of students.
