Establishment of the National Education Commission and Research & Development of the National Curriculum

연구목적: 이 연구는 국가교육위원회 설치·운영에 따라 기존의 연구·개발형 교육과정 개발 체제에 대해 재고하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법: 문헌분석은 국가교육위원회 설치 및 하위 기구의 운영 등에 대한 법제와 공고문 등을 주된 분석 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과: 연구 목적에 따른 연구 결과는 사회적 합의, 수립·변경 계획 및 고시 단계, 조사·분석·점검 등 운영 및 환류 단계, 네트워크 활용 및 임의 기구로 협의체 설치·운영으로 구분해 연구·개발형 교육과정을 재고하였다. 논의 또는 논의 및 결론: 「국가교육위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률」과 동법 시행령 등에서 정해진 제도적 틀 내의 여러 기구들의 활용을 위한 논의를 통해 국가교육과정 관련 주체의 참여와 합의 도출의 방법 및 모형을 마련할 필요가 있다.

Purpose: This study aims to reconsider the existing research & development curriculum development system according to the establishment and operation of the National Board of Education. Method: Literature analysis mainly focused on legal systems and notices for the establishment of the National Board of Education and the operation of sub-organizations. Results: The research results were divided into social consensus, establishment and change planning and notification stages, operation and feedback stages such as investigation, analysis, and inspection, network utilization, and establishment and operation of a consultative body as a voluntary organization to reconsider the research and development curriculum. Conclusion: Through discussions for the use of various organizations within the institutional framework set out in the National Education Commission Establishment and Operation Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Act, it is necessary to prepare a method and model for participation and consensus of the subjects related to the national curriculum.
