고등학생의 진로개발역량이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 : 고등학교 2학년 학생들을 중심으로

The Impact of High School Students' Career Development Competencies on Academic Self-Efficacy: A Focus on Second-Year High School Students

본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 진로개발역량이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘2023 초·중등 진로교육현황조사’ 자료를 바탕으로 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석 및 구조모형화를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 고등학생의 진로개발역량과 학업적 자기효능감은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 진로개발역량이 학업적 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학교 유형별로는 일반고, 특성화고·마이스터고, 특목고I에서 진로개발역량이 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 미쳤으며, 특목고II의 경우 진로설계역량만이 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 따라 고등학생 시기의 진로탐색 및 진로개발역량 함양이 중요함을 강조하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교육 내실화를 위한 과제와 후속 연구 방향을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of high school students' career development competencies on their academic self-efficacy. To this end, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and structural modeling were conducted using data fromthe 2023 Elementary and Secondary Career Education Survey’. The analysis results showed that high school students' career development competencies and academic self-efficacy showed a significant positive correlation, and that career development competencieshad a positive effect on academic self-efficacy. By school type, career developmentcompetencies affected Academic Self-Efficacy in general high schools, specialized high schools, Meister high schools, and specialized high schools I, while only career design competencies affected specialized high schools II. Accordingly, the importance of cultivating career exploration and career development competencies during high school was emphasized. Based on the research results, tasks for improving education and directions for follow-up research were suggested.
