乡村振兴背景下的粤东西北公费定向师范生乡土情感与留任意愿调查研究

Hometown emotion is an important factor affecting the retention intention of directed normal students. To explore the relationship between the hometown emotion and retention intention of normal students directed to the eastern, western, and northern regions of Guangdong, this study conducted a survey on the in-school directed normal students in these areas of Guangdong Province, aiming to fully understand the current situation and relationship of their hometown emotion and retention intention. The study divided hometown emotion into four dimensions: hometown cognition, hometown identification, hometown ability, and hometown mission, and used tools such as SPSS 26.0 and Mplus 7.11 to conduct in-depth analysis of the survey data. The results show that: The hometown emotion and retention intention of normal students directed to the eastern, western, and northern regions of Guangdong are generally at a medium to high level; There is a significant positive correlation between hometown emotion and retention intention, and hometown emotion can positively predict retention intention. The study concludes with targeted suggestions for strengthening the cultivation of hometown emotion among directed normal students and encouraging them to devote themselves to rural education.

乡土情感是影响定向师范生留任意愿的重要因素。为探究定向至粤东西北地区定向师范生乡土情感和留任意愿的关系,研究采用问卷调查法对广东省粤东西北地区的在校定向师范生进行调查,以全面了解他们乡土情感和留任意愿的现状及关系。研究将乡土情感分为乡土认知、乡土认同、乡土能力和乡土使命四个维度,使用SPSS26.0、Mplus7.11 等工具对调查数据进行深度分析。结果显示:定向至粤东西北地区的师范生的乡土情感与留任意愿总体处于中等偏上水平;乡土情感和留任意愿间存在显著正相关,乡土情感能正向预测留任意愿。研究结论对加强定向师范生的乡土情感培育,激励其投身乡村教育事业提出了针对性建议。
