In the context of the teaching ability competition, taking the course “Emergency Management of Urban Rail Transit” as an example, this article introduces it from four aspects: overall teaching design, teaching implementation process, student learning effect, and reflection and improvement. Based on the development trend of autonomous driving, and in response to the integration needs of drivers and station management positions in smart stations, the original curriculum system will be reconstructed based on real emergency fault scenarios. Taking the students of the urban rail order class as the main body of “on campus practical training and off campus practice”, design a “three-stage and seven ring” task driven teaching process, integrate the “safety norms” dual track course of ideological and political education, and jointly create a “co-construction, sharing, and coeducation” urban rail industry college course by the “three teacher team” to cultivate station duty officers who “understand theory, know methods, are familiar with regulations, and can practice”. The teaching practice of the course has achieved significant results, and the achievement of students’ three-dimensional goals has been significantly improved.
在教学能力比赛的背景下,本文以“城市轨道交通应急处理”课程为例,从教学整体设计、教学实施过程、学生学习效果和反思改进四个方面展开阐述。基于无人驾驶发展趋势,针对智慧车站的司机、站务岗位融通需求,依据真实岗位应急故障场景将原有课程体系进行重构。课程以“校内实训、校外实践”的城轨订单班学员为主体,设计了“三段七环”任务驱动教学流程,并融入“安全规范”双轨课程思政理念。通过“三师团队”共同打造校企“共建、共享、共育”的城轨产业学院课程,旨在培养“懂理论、会方法、熟规程、能演练”车站值班员。经课程教学实践,学生的学习效果显著提升,学生三维目标达成度明显提高。
