A Study on Fire Risk Identification and Response Strategies for Public Spaces in Old Industrial Communities Based on Fire Law Theory

This study is based on the background of urban renewal and takes fire law theory as its theoretical basis to explore the fire risk identification and response strategies in old industrial communities’ public spaces in traditional industrial cities. This study first conducts a comprehensive analysis of the types of public spaces in old industrial communities, fire risk factors, impacts, and the difficulties of fire prevention and control in communities. Then, it further analyzes the problems in the fire risk identification mechanism, response strategies, and laws and regulations in public spaces. Finally, it puts forward comprehensive countermeasures to improve the fire prevention and control capacity and community environment governance level by focusing on the all-weather, high-precision fire risk identification mechanism, enhancing the targeted response strategies, and improving the legal and regulatory system.

本研究在城市更新背景下，以消防法治理论为理论基础，深入探讨了传统工业城市中老旧工业社区公共空间的火灾风险识别与应对策略。本研究首先针对老旧工业社区公共空间类型、火灾风险因素、影响、社区火险防控难度进行了全面分析；接着，进一步剖析了公共空间火灾风险识别机制、应对策略、法律法规制定等方面存在的问题；最后，围绕构建全天候高精准火情风险识别机制、提高应对策略的针对性、完善法律法规体系等方面，提出了综合的改进对策，以全面提升老旧工业社区公共空间火情火险防控能力以及社区环境治理水平。
