山西建设全国煤炭资源配置枢纽的研究

Research on Strategies for Shanxi to Build a Coal Resource Allocation Hub Under the Background of National Energy Security

Shanxi is a major coal-producing province in China, with raw coal production accounting for one-fourth of the country’s total in 2024. Shanxi should leverage its advantages in coal resource endowment, technological accumulation, and significant trading platform influence. Focusing on the entire coal commodity industry chain, and supported by the national logistics hub, it should optimize the layout of coal storage and transportation, extend the chain of coal deep processing, improve the coal trading function platform system, and strive to build a center for coal production, storage, processing, and trading. It should also create a pilot hub for coal resource allocation with international competitiveness, and continuously enhance Shanxi’s voice in coal trading.

山西是我国的产煤大省，2024 年原煤产量占全国的四分之一。山西应基于煤炭资源禀赋、技术积累、交易平台影响力大等优势，围绕煤炭大宗商品全产业链，以国家物流枢纽为支撑，优化煤炭储运布局，延伸煤炭精深加工链条，完善煤炭交易功能平台体系，努力建设煤炭生产、储运、加工和交易中心，打造具有国际竞争力的煤炭资源配置枢纽试点，不断增强山西在煤炭交易中的话语权。
