창업지원기관의 교육역량이 창업가의 현장 활용에 미치는 영향: 교육 수강 시간의 조절효과

The Impact of Incubator Training Quality on Entrepreneurs' on-the-Job Utilization: The Moderating Effect of Training Hours

창업 기업의 성공적인 성장을 위해서는 창업 생태계의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하는 창업지원기관의 지원이 중요하다. 정부는 다양한 창업지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 그 중 창업 교육은 창업가의 역량 강화 및 성공적인 창업을 위한 필수적인 요소로 여겨진다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 창업지원기관의 교육역량이 창업가의 교육 내용 현장 활용에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고, 교육 수강 시간의 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 실증연구를 위한 표본은 중소벤처기업부 산하의 창업진흥원과 중소벤처기업진흥공단 내에서 지원하는 창업 교육을 수강한 창업기업을 운영 중인 창업가와 우리나라 대학교 및 대학원에서 창업 교육을 수강한 창업기업을 운영 중인 창업가를대상으로 설문지를 배포하고 수집하였다. 설문지 수집기간은 2023년 10월 4일부터 2024년 12월 31일까지이며, 설문지 배포 및 회수 방법으로는 직접 방문을 통한 오프라인, Fax, E-mail, 구글 설문지를 활용한 온라인으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 해당 기간 동안 약 1,700부의 설문지를 배포하여 270부의 설문지를 회수하였으며, 이 중 불성실한 응답 및 응답 오류 설문 13부를 제외하고, 257부의 데이터를 분석에 활용하였다. 또한, 분석 검증을 위한 통계패키지는 SPSS 28.0과Smart PLS 4.1를 활용하였으며 구조방정식 모델링 검정을 통하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 창업지원기관의 교육역량 중 실무자 현장공감 역량이 교육 내용 현장 활용에 가장 주요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 또한, 교수자 창업교육 역량 또한 교육 내용 활용에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으나, 실무자역량에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 영향을 보였다. 반면, 인프라 교육지원 역량은 교육 내용의 현장 활용에 미치는 영향력이 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 창업 교육 수강 시간이 지나치게 많은 경우 인프라 교육 지원 역량이 교육 내용 현장 활용에 미치는 영향이 저해될 수 있음을 도출할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 창업지원기관에서 제공하는 교육 프로그램의 효과적인 설계 및 운영을 위한 시사점을 제공하였으며, 창업 교육의 질적 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The successful growth of startup companies depends on the support of startup support organizations, which play a key role in the startup ecosystem. The government operates various entrepreneurship support programs, among which entrepreneurship education is considered to be an essential element for entrepreneurs' capacity building and successful start-up. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of the educational capabilities of entrepreneurship support organizations on entrepreneurs' on-the-job utilization of educational contents and to analyze the moderating effect of the number of hours of training. The sample for the empirical study was comprised of entrepreneurs who have taken entrepreneurship education supported by the Startup Promotion Center under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small and Medium Business Corporation, and entrepreneurs who have taken entrepreneurship education at Korean universities and graduate schools. The questionnaire collection period was from October 4, 2023 to December 31, 2024, and the questionnaire distribution and collection methods were offline through in-person visits, fax, e-mail, and online using Google Forms. During the period, about 1,700 questionnaires were distributed and 270 questionnaires were collected, of which 257 data were used for analysis, excluding 13 questionnaires with insincere responses and response errors. In addition, SPSS 28.0 and Smart PLS 4.1 were used as statistical packages for analysis verification, and the results were derived through structural equation modeling tests. The results of the study showed that among the educational capabilities of entrepreneurship support organizations, practitioner field empathy capability was the most important factor affecting the field utilization of educational contents. In addition, instructor entrepreneurship education capability was also confirmed to have a significant impact on the utilization of educational contents, but it showed a relatively low impact compared to practitioner capability. On the other hand, infrastructure support capability was found to have a non-significant effect on the on-site utilization of the training content. Furthermore, it can be inferred that the impact of infrastructure training support capability on the on-site utilization of training contents may be hindered if the number of hours of entrepreneurship training is excessive. This study provides implications for the effective design and operation of educational programs provided by entrepreneurship support organizations and suggests ways to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education.
