TRANS 모델을 적용한 한국어 교육 사례 연구 - 초학문적 융합 접근을 통한 학습자 중심 학습의 효과 분석

A Case Study of Korean Language Education Applying the TRANS Model : An Analysis of Learner-Centered Learning through a Transdisciplinary Approach

목적: 본 연구는 초학문적 접근이 언어 교육에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 학습자 중심 교수법과의 연계를 탐구하는 데 초점이 있다. 방법: 초학문적 융합 패러다임을 적용한 수업이 학습자 만족도와 학습 성과에 미친 영향을 규명하기 위해 설문 평가 데이터를 활용하여 수업 운영, 학습 효과 등에 대한 통계적 분석과 주제별 질적 분석을 결합하여 수업 설계의 강점과 개선점을 도출하였다. 결과: 학습자들은 수업 경험에서 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 교수자가 수업에서 학습자의 주도적인 참여를 유도하고 협업이 가능한 환경을 마련한 점이 긍정적으로 평가되었다. 결론: 초학문적 접근은 학습자의 능동적 참여와 실생활 연계 학습을 촉진하는 데 효과적임을 확인하였으며, 향후 다양한 교육 환경에서 초학문적 접근의 적용 가능성을 확장하고, 장기적인 학습 효과와 맞춤형 교수법 개발을 위한 구체적인 전략을 고려한 연구의 필요성을 제시한 데에 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of transdisciplinary approaches on language education and explores their connection to learner-centered pedagogy. Methods: In order to accomplish this research purpose, the research focused on advanced Korean classes and utilized learner survey data to evaluate course management and learning outcomes. A mixed-method approach combining quantitative statistical analysis and qualitative thematic analysis was employed to identify strengths and areas for improvement in course design. Results: Learners demonstrated high satisfaction with the course, especially valuing the instructor’s facilitative role and the collaborative learning environment. Conclusion: The findings confirm that transdisciplinary approaches effectively promote active learner participation and real-world contextual learning. This study highlights the importance of expanding these approaches to diverse educational settings and developing strategies for long-term learning outcomes and personalized pedagogy.
