지역사회 협력학습의 효과와 참여 대학생의 만족도

The effectiveness of community cooperative learning and the satisfaction of participating college students

목적 본 연구는 지역사회 협력학습에 참여한 대학생들을 대상으로 지역사회 협력 형태로 진행된 교과의 효과와 참여 학생들의 만족도를 조사하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 A대학교에서 최근 3년간 개설한 76개 지역사회 협력학습 교과를 수강한 2,248명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 내용은 지역사회 협력학습이 참여 대학생들의 대학생활 적응에 미친 효과와 지역사회 협력학습에 대한 참여 대학생들의 만족도였다. 결과 조사 결과 지역사회 협력학습은 참여 학생들의 대학생활 적응에 매우 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈고, 해를 거듭할수록 그 효과가 증가하였다. 지역사회 협력학습에 대한 참여 학생들의 만족도 수준 또한 매우 높게 나타났으며, 해가 지날수록 만족도 수준이 증가하였다. 결론 지역사회 협력 형태로 진행하는 수업은 대학생들의 대학생활 적응에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 참여 학생들의 수업 만족도 또한 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 지역사회 협력 수업이 대학의 위기 극복에 매우 효과적인 수단의 하나가 될 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

Objectives This study was conducted to investigate the effects of courses conducted in the form of community cooperation and the satisfaction of participating students for the courses. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on 2,248 students who took 76 community cooperation courses offered at A University in the metropolitan area over the past three years. The survey content included the effects of community cooperation on the college adaptation of participating students and their satisfaction with community cooperation courses. Results The survey results showed that community cooperation had a very positive effect on the college adaptation of participating students, and the effect increased over the years. The satisfaction level of participating students with community cooperation learning was also very high, and the satisfaction level increased over the years. Conclusions Classes conducted in the form of community cooperation had a very positive effect on the college adaptation of participating students, and the satisfaction level of participating students was also very high. Through this, it can be seen that community cooperation-type classes can be a very effective means of overcoming the crisis of universities.
