간호대학생의 전공만족도와 자기효능감이 간호사 이미지에 미치는 영향: 충청북도 소재 대학을 중심으로

The effect of Major Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy on Nursing Students’ Image of Nurses: A Focus on Universities in Chungcheongbuk-do

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 자기효능감이 간호사 이미지에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 각 요인 간의 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 연구대상자는 충청북도 소재 간호학 전공 대학생으로 2024년 4월 28일부터 5월 28일까지로 총 192부의 자료분석은 통계프로그램 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 수행하였으며, 자기통제력, 정서표현억제, 스마트폰중독 간의 상관관계는 Pearson’s correlation coefficients로, 스마트폰중독에 영향을 미치는 요인을 위계적 다중회귀 분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 간호대학생의 전공만족도가 높을수록 간호사 이미지가 긍정적(r=.477,.487,.501,.451 p<.000)이였으며, 자기효능감은 간호사 이미지와 부적 상관관계를 보였다(r=-.227, p<.005), 자기효능감(β=-.204 p<.005), 교수-학생간 관계만족(β=.249 p<.005), 사회적 인식 만족(β=.232, p<.005)이 간호사 이미지 변화의 주요 변인이었고, 총36.6%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 따라서 본 연구는 간호사 이미지 에 변화를 미치기위해 교수-학생간 관계만족, 사회적 인식 만족, 자기효능감을 높이기 위한 상담 및 교육프로그램을 개발하는 자료로 활용하기에 유용할 것으로 예상된다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of nursing students’ major satisfaction and self-efficacy on the image of nurses and to analyze the relationships among these factors. Methods A survey was conducted among nursing students living in cities within the Chungcheong region from April 28 to May 28, 2024. 192 responses were included in the final analysis, which was conducted using Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and hierarchical regression with SPSS WIN 21.0. Results As a result, Major satisfaction showed significant positive correlations with the Image of nurses. Self-efficacy showed significant negative correlation with major satisfaction and nurse image Satisfaction between professors and students, social perception and self-efficacy were variables influencing nurse image. The hierarchical regression model explained 36.6% of the variance. Conclusions Therefore, this study could be used as basic data for counseling and the development of educational programs to increase satisfaction between professors and students, as well as social perception and self-efficacy.
