계획된 행동이론을 적용한 중국 통합교사의 통합교육 행동 의도

A Study on the Inclusive Educational Behavior Intention of Chinese Inclusive Teachers Applying the Theory of Planned Behavior

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 계획된 행동이론을 적용하여 중국 통합교사의 통합교육 행동 의도를 분석하는 데있다. 연구방법 본 연구는 중국 7개 지역의 초등학교와 중학교에서 편의표집에 의해 통합교육 경험이 있는 교사 329 명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 중국 통합교사의 사회적 지지는 통합교육 효능감, 통합교육 태도 및 통합교육 행동 의도와 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 중국 통합교사의 통합교육 효능감과 통합교육 태도는 통합교육 행동 의도를긍정적으로 예측하였으나 사회적 지지는 직접적으로 행동 의도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 사회적 지지는 통합교육 효능감과 통합교육 태도를 촉진하며, 통합교육 효능감과 통합교육 태도는 사회적 지지와 행동 의도 사이에서 완전 매개 및 연쇄 매개효과를 나타냈다. 결론 이상의 연구 결과는 통합교사의 통합교육 행동 의도를 높이기 위한 정책 및 프로그램 개발과 통합교육을 수행하는 데 필요한 교사 지원 방안과 관련 정책 수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavioral intentions of Chinese inclusive teachers’ inclusive education by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). Method This study was conducted on 329 teachers with inclusive education experience in elementary and middle schools in seven regions of China. Results First, the social support of Chinese inclusive teachers had a significant positive correlation with inclusive education efficacy, inclusive education attitude, and inclusive education behavior intention. Second, the inclusive education efficacy and inclusive education attitudes of Chinese inclusive teachers’ positively predicted inclusive education behavioral intentions. However, social support did not directly affect behavioral intentions. Social support promoted inclusive education efficacy and inclusive education attitudes. Additionally, inclusive education efficacy and inclusive education attitudes showed complete mediation effects and chain mediation effects between social support and behavioral intentions. Conclusion The above research results are significant in providing basic data necessary for the development of policies and programs to increase the inclusive education behavior intention of inclusive teachers.
