唯物史观视域下新质生产力“绿色底色”的学理阐释

The Theoretical Interpretation of the “Green Background” of New Quality Productivity from the Perspective of Historical Materialism

New quality productivity is essentially the embodiment of green productivity. As the background color of high-quality development and the intrinsic requirement of new quality productivity, “green development” has become an indispensable and important element to promote high-quality social and economic development and move towards Chinese-style modernization. The new quality productivity is guided by the new development concept, driven by green technology innovation, and green development as the realistic path. Taking green development as a clue, this paper explores the ecological outlook of the new quality of productivity from the perspective of historical materialism, which is helpful to grasp the theoretical basis of Marxism, thus reflecting the inheritance and expansion of the new quality of the productive forces to the Marxist theory of productivity and the view of nature, and clarifying that the theory of the new quality of productivity has created a new realm of Marxist political economy and is the latest theoretical achievement of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.

新质生产力本质上就是一种绿色生产力的体现。作为高质量发展的底色以及新质生产力的内在要求，“绿色发展”成为推动社会经济高质量发展，迈向中国式现代化不可或缺的重要元素。新质生产力以新发展理念为先导，以绿色科技创新为驱动，以绿色发展为现实路径。以绿色发展为线索，从唯物史观的角度探析新质生产力的生态观，有助于把握马克思主义理论基础，从而体现出新质生产力对马克思主义生产力理论、自然观的继承与拓展，阐明新质生产力理论是开创了马克思主义政治经济学的新境界，是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的最新理论成果。
