방사선사 맞춤형 조영제 정맥주사 교육과정 개발

Development of a Customized Education Program for Intravenous Contrast Media Injection for Radiological Technologists

본 연구에서는 방사선사를 위한 맞춤형 조영제 정맥주사 교육과정을 개발하고 피교육자들의 학습 성과를 평가하고자 하였 다. 교육과정 개발은 국내외 문헌 검토, 전문가 그룹 인터뷰, Glaser의 수업 모형을 적용하여 구성하였다. 교육과정 완성도를 높이기 위해 예비 교육과정을 진행하고 피드백 설문조사를 실시하여 수정 및 보완하였다. 개발한 맞춤형 교육과정 후, 방사선 학과 재학생 64명을 대상으로 학습 효과를 평가하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교육과정은 방사선학 재학생들 에게 높은 학습 만족도를 보였으며, 전공 몰입도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 맞춤형 교육과정이 방사선학과 재학생 들의 전공 몰입도를 높이며, 이는 대학 중도 이탈률 감소에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한, 방사선사 역할 확장과 임상 실 무 향상 및 직무 역량 강화에 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있음을 나타낸다.

This study aimed to develop a customized intravenous contrast injection education program for radiological technologists and evaluate its learning outcomes. The program was designed by reviewing domestic and international literature, conducting expert group interviews, and applying Glaser's instructional model. Its effectiveness was further refined through preliminary training sessions and feedback surveys. After completing the customized education program, a survey was conducted with 64 radiological science students to assess their learning outcomes. The results showed high levels of learning satisfaction and a positive impact on major engagement. This study suggested that the training program could help reduce college dropout rates by strengthening radiological science students' connection to their major. Furthermore, this study aligns with the evolving role of radiological technologists and serve as a valuable resource for improving clinical practice and enhancing job competency.
