일반고 직업위탁과정 학생을 고려한 2022 개정 고등학교 교육과정 편성·운영 방안 탐색

A Study on the Curriculum Organization and Operation Plan of the Revised 2022 High School Curriculum Considering Students Who Takes Vocational Consignment Course in General High Schoo

본 연구는 일반고에서 직업교육을 희망하는 학생을 고려한 2022 개정 고등 학교 교육과정 편성·운영 방안을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로 심층면 담, 워킹 그룹 운영, 현장적합성 조사를 실시하였다. 심층면담에서 나온 의견을 바탕으 로 워킹 그룹에서 ‘직업 위탁 과정의 이수 체계’와 ‘직업위탁과정 이수 학생의 졸업 인정 방안’을 마련하였고, 그것에 대한 현장 적합성 조사를 실시하여 타당성을 확보하 였다. 마지막으로 정책 제언으로 ‘직업교육 위탁 학생을 위한 전문 교과 과목 개설 지원’, ‘직업교육 위탁 학생의 창의적 체험활동 이수 지침 제공’, ‘직업위탁과정의 용어 수정 및 이수 체계 포괄 용어 도입’을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the curriculum organization and operation plan of the revised 2022 high school curriculum considering students who wish to receive vocational education in general high schools. The research methods were in-depth interviews, working group operation, and field suitability surveys. Based on the opinions from the in-depth interviews, the working group established a ‘completion system for vocational consignment courses’ and a ‘graduation recognition plan for students who completed vocational consignment courses.’ The validity of the ‘completion system for vocational consignment courses’ and the ‘graduation recognition plan for students who completed vocational consignment courses’ devised by the working group was secured through a field suitability survey. Finally, as for policy recommendations to support the plan proposed in this study, ‘offering specialized subjects for students with vocational consignment courses’, ‘providing guidelines for completing creative experiential activities for students who takes vocational consignment course’, and ‘revision of terminology for vocational consignment course and introduction of comprehensive terminology for system of vocational consignment course’ were proposed.
