고교 교사 인식 및 해외 사례 조사를 통한 2028 대입제도 관련 주요 쟁점 분석

Analysis of Key Issues Related to the 2028 College Admission System through High School Teachers' Perceptions and International Case Studies

2025학년도부터 고교학점제로 공부하는 고교 1학년 학생들이 대학에 지원 할 때부터 적용될 예정인 2028학년도 대학입시제도가 발표됨에 따라 학교 교육에 충실한 학생들의 유의미한 미래 대비를 효과적으로 유도할 수 있는 새로운 대입전형 방안이 요청되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 2028 대학입시제도 개편을 대비하여 고교 교사를 대상으로 하는 서면 인터뷰와 해외 대입제도 검토를 실시하여 그 결과를 토대로 향후 우리나라 대입전형의 주요 쟁점을 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 2028 대학입 시제도 개편안에 따른 실제 입시전형의 변화 방향을 예측하고 바람직한 입시제도 정착을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다.

With the announcement of the 2028 college admission system, which will be applied to first-year high school students studying under the high school credit system starting from 2025, there is a demand for new college admission strategies that can effectively guide students who are committed to their school education to prepare meaningfully for the future. Accordingly, this study conducted written interviews with high school teachers and reviewed foreign college admissions systems in preparation for the reform of the 2028 college admission system. Based on the results, the study analyzed key issues for the future of Korea's college admissions. This analysis aimed to predict the direction of changes in actual admission procedures according to the revised 2028 college admission system and to derive implications for the establishment of a desirable admission system.
