모의 원가족 건강성과 양육방식의 관계에서 모의 결혼만족과 부의 양육참여가 미치는 영향

The effect of Mother's Marital Satisfaction and Father's parenting participation on the Relationship Between Mother's Family-of-Origin Health and Parenting Style

목적 이 연구는 모의 원가족 건강성과 양육방식의 관계에서 모의 결혼만족과 부의 양육참여가 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 방법 이를 위해 경기도 남부지역에 거주하는 만 3세-5세 유아기 자녀를 둔 부부 285쌍을 대상으로 모의 원가족 건강성, 양육방식, 결혼만족과 부의 양육참여를 측정하여 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 모의 원가족 건강성과 양육방식 중 온정적 양육행동과의 관계에서 모의 결혼만족의 매개효과가 유의하였다. 그러나 통제적 양육행동과의 관계에서는 매개효과가 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 모의 원가족 건강성과 양육방식 중 온정적 양육행동과의 관계에서 부의 양육참여의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 그러나 통제적 양육행동과의 관계에서는 조절효과가 유의하지 않았다. 결론 이러한 결과를 기존의 연구결과에 비추어 해석하고, 모의 원가족 건강성과 결혼만족을 높이기 위한 정책과 제도의 방향을 제시했으며, 특히 공동양육자인 부의 양육에서의 역할과 참여에 대한 지원을 논의하였다.

Objectives The study examined the effects of mother's marital satisfaction and father’s child-rearing participation on the relationship between mother's family-of-origin health and parenting styles. Methods Data was collected from 285 couples with children aged 3 to 5 years, residing in the southern part of Gyeonggi Province. The study measured mother’s family-of-origin health, parenting styles, marital satisfaction, and father’s child-rearing participation, and analyzed the data. Results First, marital satisfaction of the mother showed a significant mediating effect on the relationship between mother’s family-of-origin health and warm parenting. However, no significant mediating effect was found between mother’s family-of-origin health and controlling parenting. Additionally, father’s child-rearing participation showed a significant moderating effect on the relationship between mother’s family-of-origin health and warm parenting. However, no significant moderating effect was observed on the relationship between mother’s family-of-origin health and controlling parenting. Conclusions Based on these findings, the study interprets the results in light of existing research and suggests policy and institutional directions to support mother’s family-of-origin health and marital satisfaction, emphasizing the need for support regarding the role and participation of fathers as co-parents.
