초등교사의 교권 보장 인식이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향: 사회적지지의 매개효과

The Effects of Elementary School Teachers' Perception of Teachers’ Rights Protection on Psychological Burnout: The Mediating Effect of Social Support

목적 본 연구의 목적은 초등교사의 교권 보장 인식이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 초등교사가 지각하는 사회적지지가 매개효과를 갖는지 확인하는 데에 있다. 방법 이를 위해 경기도에서 근무하는 초등학교 정교사 300명을 대상으로 교권 보장 인식, 사회적지지, 심리적 소진에 관한 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 27.0과 PROCESS MACRO로 분석하였다. 결과 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 초등교사의 교권 보장 인식은 심리적 소진에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지는 초등교사의 심리적 소진에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 초등교사의 교권 보장 인식과 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 초등교사가 지각하는 사회적지지는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 드러났다. 결론 초등교사의 심리적 소진을 완화하거나 예방하기 위해 초등교사의 교권 보장 인식을 높이기 위한 제도 마련과 시행이 필요하고, 사회적지지를 높일 수 있는 방안 모색과 교사의 심리적 소진을 최소화할 수 있는 상담 프로그램도 요구된다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between elementary school teachers' perception of teachers' rights protection and psychological burnout. Methods To achieve this, data on teachers' rights protection perception, social support, and psychological burnout were collected from 300 elementary school teachers in Gyeonggi Province and analyzed using SPSS and the PROCESS MACRO program. Results The main findings of the study are as follows. First, elementary school teachers' perception of teachers' rights protection was found to have a negative effect on psychological burnout. Second, social support was confirmed to have a negative effect on the psychological burnout of elementary school teachers. Third, social support was found to have a mediating effect on the relationship between elementary school teachers' perception of teachers' rights protection and psychological burnout. Conclusions To alleviate or prevent psychological burnout among elementary school teachers, it is necessary to establish and implement institutional measures to enhance their perception of teachers' rights protection, as well as to provide social support and counseling programs.
