The Generative Logic, Fundamental Connotation, and Practical Requirements of the People-Oriented Nature in the New Era Cultural Thought

新时代文化思想人民性的生成逻辑、基本内涵和实践要求

The people-centered nature is a key characteristic of the cultural thought of the new era, serving as the value core of the Party's leadership in advancing cultural construction under the new cultural mission. This paper aims to systematically review and summarize the generative logic and fundamental connotations of the people-centered nature in the cultural thought of the new era, while proposing recommendations for implementing this concept in the practice of cultural construction during the new era. Through literature analysis and systematic analysis, this paper elaborates on the developmental logic and intrinsic characteristics of the people-centered nature in the cultural thought of the new era. The people-centered nature of this cultural thought stems from inheriting the people-oriented stance of Marxist cultural theory, critically transcending traditional Chinese people-centered concepts, and summarizing and building upon the century-long cultural practices of the Chinese Communist Party. With the fundamental goal of promoting the all-round development of individuals, the cultural thought of the new era positions the people as the main actors in cultural construction, emphasizes continuously meeting the growing cultural needs of the people, and forms the rich connotations of its people-centered nature. Therefore, to manifest the people-centered nature of the cultural thought of the new era in practice, it is essential to uphold the Party's leadership to strengthen the political guarantee for the people's cultural development; adhere to the principle of putting the people first to advance both cultural industries and cultural services; focus on the people's practices to create more cultural products that meet their needs; and maintain a global vision to propel the modernization of human civilization.

人民性是新时代文化思想的重要特征，是在新的文化使命背景下党领导人民推进文化建设的价值核心。本文旨在对新时代文化思想人民性的生成逻辑和基本内涵进行梳理和总结，并为在新时代文化建设实践中贯彻这一思想提出一些建议。本文通过文献分析和系统分析，对新时代文化思想人民性的发生逻辑和内核特质进行阐述。新时代文化思想的人民性源于对马克思主义文化理论人民立场的继承、对中国传统民本观念的批判超越，以及对中国共产党百年文化实践经验的总结和继承。新时代文化思想以促进人的全面发展为根本目标，把人民群众作为文化的建设主体，强调不断满足人民日益增长的文化需求，形成了新时代文化思想人民性的丰富内涵。因此，文化实践中展现新时代文化思想人民性，必须坚持党的领导，夯实人民文化发展的政治保障；坚持人民至上，推动文化产业与文化服务共进；聚焦人民实践，创作出更多满足人民需求的文化成果；坚持胸怀天下，推进人类文明现代化发展进程。
