On the Problems and Perfection of the Macau Society in the Election

Social groups in Macao played an important role in the Legislative Council election after the reunification, but with the development of The Times, this election mode gradually exposed many problems that need to be solved. Through the study of the existing system, cases and relevant literature, it is not difficult to find that the abnormal growth of the number of social groups, homogenization and lack of cohesion, as well as the unclear and unreasonable election standards have seriously affected the credibility of the Legislative Council election, which is not conducive to the healthy operation of the electoral system in Macao. Only by reasonably and effectively guiding the establishment and operation of Macao's existing social organizations, advancing with The Times, and improving the existing indirect election system, can the “community politics” election model with Macao characteristics continue to shine and contribute to the democratic construction of Macao.

澳门的社会团体在回归后的立法会选举中发挥着举足轻重的作用，但随着时代的发展，这种选举模式逐渐暴露出许多问题亟待解决。通过对现有制度、案例及相关文献资料的研究，不难发现，社会团体数量的异常增长、同质化、凝聚力的缺乏，以及选举标准的不明确、不合理，已经严重影响了立法会选举的公信力，不利于澳门选举制度的健康运行。只有对澳门现有社会团体的建立运行进行合理有效的引导改造，以及与时俱进，完善现有的间接选举制度，才能让具有澳门特色的“社团政治”选举模式继续发光发热，持续为澳门的民主建设贡献力量。
