초등 방과 후 영어 강사의 수업 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구

The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of teaching experience of an elementary afternoon English instructor through narrative inquiry as an qualitative research method. Research participant and researcher met regularly, had conversations, and exchanged our lives including teaching experiences. Teaching experiences of participants were reconstructed in narrative form. The meaning of teaching experience of elementary afternoon English classes were found; distress due to lacking of professionalism in his job, culture shock by educational gap, burdensome task by various requests from school, my job as bread and butter, my duty as a teacher. Based on research findings, this study suggests that various policies should be offered for afternoon English teachers.
