간호대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 비판적 사고 성향, 자기효능감이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

Effects of Nursing Students' Intolerance of Uncertainty, Critical Thinking Disposition, and Self-Efficacy on Clinical Competence

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 비판적 사고 성향, 자기효능감이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 D 광역시에 위치한 간호학과에 재학 중인 임상 실습 경험이 있는 3, 4학년 학생 196명을 대상으로 SPSS/19.0 Program을 사용하여 기술통계, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation co-efficient, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 결과 대상자의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고 성향(ß=.358, p=.000), 자기효능감(ß=.207, p=.003), 임상실습만족도(ß=.150, p=.020) 순으로 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 분석결과 산출된 회귀모형은 유의하였고(F= 30.01, p<.001), 설명력은 31.9%였다. 결론 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 증진시키기 위해서는 비판적 사고 성향, 자기효능감 및 임상실습 만족도를 증진시키기 위한 체계적인 교육이 필요하다.

Objectives This study is descriptive research to investigate the effects of nursing students' lack of tolerance for uncertainty, critical thinking disposition, and self-efficacy on clinical performance. Methods A total of 196 third- and fourth-year students with clinical practice experience enrolled in the nursing department in D Metropolitan City were analyzed using SPSS/19.0 Program for descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results Factors affecting the clinical performance of the participants were critical thinking (ß=.358, p=.000), Self-efficacy (ß=.207, p=.003) and clinical practice satisfaction (ß=.150, p=.020) were found to have a statistically significant effect in sequential order, and the regression model calculated as a result of the analysis was significant (F=30.01, p<.001), with an explanatory power of 31.9%. Conclusions To improve the clinical performance of nursing students, systematic educational programs are needed to improve critical thinking skills, self-efficacy, and clinical practice satisfaction.
