In the context of “Healthy China” strategy, the contradiction between the demand for mental health services and the development of healing economy is prominent. This study innovatively proposed the “reading healing” model, and built an immersive interactive experience space by integrating art therapy such as sandplay, situational drama interpretation and painting therapy through offline group reading courses, aiming to explore the market potential and optimization path of light healing products. Based on the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of 500 college students, combined with SPSS data analysis, it is found that more than half of the respondents have consumption intentions for reading healing, and their core needs are focused on group interactive experience and price sensitivity. The study further proposed the design scheme of “situational group healing course” to enhance user participation through thematic reading + art healing. The results provide empirical support for the service model innovation of the reading healing industry, and promote the transformation of mental health services from single consultation to highly interactive offline activities.
在“健康中国”战略背景下,心理健康服务需求与疗愈经济发展矛盾凸显。本研究创新性地提出“阅读疗愈”模式,通过线下团体阅读课程整合沙盘游戏、情景剧演绎及绘画疗法等艺术疗法,构建沉浸式互动体验空间,旨在探索轻疗愈产品的市场潜力与优化路径。基于对500 名大学生的问卷调查与深度访谈,结合SPSS 数据分析发现:超半数受访者对阅读疗愈存在消费意愿,其核心需求集中于团体互动体验与价格敏感性。研究进一步提出“情景化团体疗愈课程”设计方案,通过主题“阅读+艺术疗愈”增强用户参与度。期望本成果能为阅读疗愈行业的服务模式创新提供实证支持,推动心理健康服务从单一咨询向高互动性的线下活动转型。
