As a precious spiritual asset, integrating the spirit of model workers into ideological and political education courses in higher education institutions is of great significance for promoting teaching reform in these courses, helping college students establish Marxist labor values, and assisting higher education institutions in achieving the goal of cultivating students’ morality and nurturing talent. However, there are currently difficulties in integration at the levels of teaching subjects, teaching content, and teaching methods. To overcome these dilemmas, a multi-pronged approach can be adopted, including strengthening the construction of the teaching faculty, activating course content based on its foundation, anchoring innovation in teaching methods, and firmly improving teaching evaluation. This will promote the educational efficacy of the spirit of model workers in ideological and political classrooms and cultivate talents for the new era.
劳模精神作为一种宝贵的精神财富,融入高校思政课教学对于推动思政课教学改革、帮助大学生树立马克思主义劳动价值观,助力高校实现立德树人目标意义重大;目前在教学主体层面、教学内容层面和教学方法层面均存在融合困难;为突破困境,可从夯实师资队伍建设,立足课程内容活化,锚定教学方法创新,抓牢教学评价完善等方面多管齐下,推动劳模精神在思政课堂发挥育人功效,培育新时代人才。
