马克思主义生态观视域下乡村生态与经济协同发展的路径探析

An Analysis of the Path for the Synergistic Development of Rural Ecology and Economy from the Perspective of Marxist Ecological View

Rural economic development and ecological environment protection promote and restrict each other. Alleviating the contradiction between the two and promoting their coordinated development remain an important task in implementing the rural revitalization strategy at present. However, there are still many factors restricting the coordinated development of rural ecological environment and economy at present, including the extensive economic model in rural areas, the dualistic social and economic structure between urban and rural areas, and the concept of “emphasizing economy and neglecting ecology” in three aspects. Second, attach importance to ecological governance in rural areas and promote the construction of beautiful, livable and prosperous villages; third, cultivate rural ecological culture and achieve the synchronous development of ecology and economy.

农村经济发展与生态环境保护既相互促进又相互制约，缓解两者之间的矛盾、促进两者协同发展，仍是当前实施乡村振兴战略的重要任务。然而，目前制约农村生态环境与经济协同发展的因素仍有很多，包括农村粗放型经济模式、城乡二元对立的社会经济结构以及“重经济，轻生态”理念等三个方面。为适应协同发展需要，应在马克思主义生态观和习近平生态文明思想的指导下，从以下三个方面入手：一是遵循绿色发展理念，促进乡村产业转型升级；二是重视乡村生态治理，推进建设宜居宜业和美乡村；三是培育乡村生态文化，实现生态与经济同频共振。
