Spatially, cross-border criminal activities significantly hinder the evidence-gathering process. To effectively address these issues, investigative authorities must enhance their awareness and capabilities in electronic forensics, resolve conflicts between evidence collectors and technical qualification requirements, clearly define the scope of electronic evidence collection, establish cloud-based data processing platforms, and strengthen both domestic and international cooperation. These measures aim to build an electronic evidence system suited to the demands of the digital age, providing a strong foundation for combating online sexual exploitation of minors and effectively safeguarding their legal rights.

电子证据在网络性侵案件的定罪与量刑中发挥着关键作用。然而，公安机关在取证过程中面临诸多难题：在人员方面，侦查人员的电子取证专业能力不足；在时间维度上，面对海量电子证据，取证效率低下；在空间范畴中，跨境作案导致取证困难重重。为有效应对这些问题，侦查机关需要增强电子取证能力与意识，化解取证主体与取证技术资格间的冲突，明确电子证据的取证范围，构建云平台数据处理器，并加强国内外协作。通过这些举措，构建起适应网络时代需求的电子取证体系，为打击网络性侵害未成年人犯罪提供坚实的保障，切实维护未成年人的合法权益。
