부동산 관리에서의 실경 3D 기술 활용에 단한 연구

Research on Application of Real-Scenario 3D Stereo Technology in Real Estate Management

디지털 중국(Digital China) 행동 계획이 본격 추진됨에 따라, 실경 3D 기술은 고정밀 모델링, 공간 데이터 융합 및 지능형 분석 기능을 바탕으로 중국 부동산 관리 방식의 최적화 및 업그레이드를 견인하는 핵심 동력으로 부상하고 있다. 해당 기술의 응용은 전통적 부동산 관리에서 발생하는 높은 비용, 긴 처리 주기, 갱신 지연 및 소프트·하드웨어 요구 수준 문제 등을 효과적으로 해결한다. 동시에 네트워크 대역폭, 서버 및 클라이언트 등 하드웨어 자원을 충분히 활용하여 부동산 관리 시스템의 지속적 반복 및 최적화를 촉진함으로써, 신시대 부동산 관리의 새로운 수요를 충족시킨다. 이에 본 논문은 부동산 3D 관리의 기본 특성을 심층 분석하고, 실경 3D 기술이 부동산 관리에 제공하는 실제적 가치를 종합 정리하며, 향후 적용 발전 방향을 전망한다.

As the Digital China initiative advances, real-scenario 3D stereo technology stands out for high-precision modeling, spatial data integration, and intelligent analysis. It becomes crucial for upgrading real estate management in China. This technology eases issues like high costs, long cycles, slow updates, and high hardware and software demands in traditional real estate management.With support from internet bandwidth, servers, and clients, it drives continuous upgrades of real estate management systems to meet new-era demands. Against this background, this paper analyzes the basic features of 3D real estate management, sums up the application value of real-scenario 3D stereo technology in this field, and proposes ideas for its further application and development.
