In the context of globalization and technological transformation, employment education for college students has become a focal point of concern. However, challenges such as the disconnect between educational content and market demand, the complexity of career choices, and differences in stakeholder expectations continue to hinder its effectiveness. This study explores the roles and needs of key stakeholders—government, universities, enterprises, students, and families—in college student employment education from a stakeholder perspective. The study suggests that the government should play a guiding role through policy-making, universities should optimize curricula and enhance practical teaching, enterprises should actively participate by providing internships and job opportunities, and students and families should clarify career expectations and improve employment awareness. By promoting information sharing, curriculum optimization, interdisciplinary integration, and university-enterprise cooperation, the quality and adaptability of college student employment education can be effectively enhanced. Additionally, the study emphasizes that employment education must be forward-looking and continuously adaptive.
在当前全球化与技术变革的背景下,大学生就业教育成为各方关注的焦点。然而,教育内容与市场需求的脱节、职业选择的复杂性以及利益相关者期望的差异等问题,仍对大学生就业教育构成挑战。本研究从利益相关者的视角出发,深入探讨政府、高校、企业、学生和家庭在大学生就业教育中的角色与需求。同时提出,政府应发挥政策引导作用,高校需优化课程设置并加强实践教学,企业要积极参与并提供实习与就业机会,学生和家庭则需明确职业期望并提升就业意识。通过信息共享、课程优化、跨学科融合和校企合作等路径,可有效提升大学生就业教育的质量和适应性,并强调大学生就业教育需具有持续适应性和前瞻性。
