Home-school collaborative management is an important mode of student management in colleges and universities, which is helpful to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of management. Based on ecosystem theory, cooperative governance theory and social support theory, this study discusses the cooperative mechanism and practical path of college student management from the perspective of home-school cooperation. It is found that there are some problems in the current home-school collaborative management of colleges and universities, such as unbalanced parental participation, insufficient cognition of colleges and universities, and poor information communication. Through case analysis, this paper studies and summarizes the home-school collaborative management mode of domestic universities, and puts forward optimization strategies, including building an information sharing platform, strengthening parents' participation mechanism, promoting home-school linkage management, improving policy guarantee and enhancing parents' educational ability. The research shows that home-school collaborative management can effectively integrate the resources of families and universities, form an all-round educational synergy, promote the scientific and efficient management of college students, and provide more powerful support for students' all-round growth.
