Research on the Optimization of Accurate Assistance System for Students from Poor Families in College Student Management

This paper studies the precise assistance system for students from poor families in college student management, aiming at exploring how to provide more accurate and effective support for students from poor families by optimizing the existing assistance system. Through the analysis of the current university assistance system, it is found that accurate identification and multi-dimensional assistance are the key factors to improve the assistance effect. The research points out that the application of information technology and big data analysis can significantly improve the identification accuracy and management efficiency of poor students, thus promoting the development of accurate assistance. The paper also designs an accurate identification framework based on big data, personalized assistance measures and the optimization path of policy and resource integration. Through the discussion of the precise assistance system in many aspects, this paper puts forward that colleges and universities should pay attention to comprehensive assistance measures such as financial support, academic counseling and psychological counseling, and integrate social resources and government forces to ensure the sustainability of assistance policies. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the accurate assistance system, which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for colleges and universities in helping students with financial difficulties.
